Thank you to Michelle and her team for visiting our camp and sharing valuable information on injury prevention with our athletes!  As a camp director it’s great to bring in experts such as Kinetic to provide additional information.  Their positive and engaging attitudes also allow even the younger athletes to learn and connect with the material shared.  We look forward to the next opportunity to work together!

I completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Drexel University in 2006 and was the recipient of the Outstanding Orthopaedic Student Award and the Doctoral Research Award for my research and presentation on scapular biomechanics and dysfunction. I have been with Kinetic Physical Therapy since 2008 and am the Clinic Director of the Chester Springs and Downingtown offices. A life-long athlete and participant in football, basketball, and baseball, I understand the demands of sport and enjoy treating sports-related injuries. I have helped with the design and implementation of several injury prevention programs for baseball, tennis, lacrosse, gymnastics, and dance. I have also presented on the assessment and treatment of the core at Kinetic’s annual Pitcher’s Survival Guide. I believe in an evidence-based practice approach focusing on functional movement patterns and sport-specific training. I emphasize injury prevention through appropriate postural correction, core stability, and treatment of the entire athlete; the hallmarks of Kinetic’s Adolescent Sports Medicine Program. In my spare time, I coach kindergarten and 1st grade basketball for Upward Ministries and enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, Sydney, Samantha, and Leo. I am an avid New York sports fan and passionately follows the Jets, Yankees, and Syracuse Orange.
