Michelle, Thank you to you for the cheerleading injury prevention program. The girls had so much fun and learned so much. My oldest daughter said she learned how to squat properly and how to do a plank the right way. My younger daughter said she learned how to land properly. All the girls enjoyed it and I am thankful that you offer this program. Keep up the good work. Once again, thank you for your time and the program.

I received my undergraduate degree from Penn State University in December of 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and concentration in Movement Science. Following graduation, I was hired by Kinetic Physical Therapy in January of 2015 to be the lead physical therapy aide.

Shortly after, I joined the Adolescent Sports Medicine team getting the opportunity to participate in community injury prevention programs as a way to keep athletes on the field and out of the clinic. My responsibilities within the program have grown to assisting in sports-specific injury prevention programs, developing strengthening exercises, and educating patients.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. I also like to play tennis, camp and read.
