Thanks again! I feel that if we implement your program, we will prevent injuries in the future and be stronger in “lacrosse specific” movements. It was motivating and challenging. The instructors were knowledgeable and displayed patience and enthusiasm. We followed the full program before practices and games. As a result, the JV team sustained fewer injuries than the previous year. Kinetic is a great team that has displayed preparation and passion for youth sports.

As opposed to traditional haphazard warm up routines, the program has been clinically proven to reduce injuries while preparing athletes to play. And while at first a little resistant to doing something new and non-traditional, our players came to enjoy the routine. Matt & Michelle, Thank you to you and your staff at Kinetic PT for coming to the Bishop Shanahan baseball camp this summer. We had over 40 kids at our first instructional camp and they all took something away from their time with your staff. Michelle, Thank you to you for the cheerleading injury prevention program. The girls had so much fun and learned so much. My oldest daughter said she learned how to squat properly and how to do a plank the right way. My younger daughter said she learned how to land properly. Kinetic PT came to our cheerleading camp and provided us with a great clinic about avoiding injury and proper warm up. They were knowledgeable and attentive to our group of cheerleaders. They brought with them a wealth of information. The staff used interactive games to teach even our youngest campers how to take care of their bodies and prevent injuries that are common in cheerleading.
